Easy Gait Farm was started about 14 years ago. It started with the purchase of our first mountain horses, from my best friend Tara Nicol. (5/23/49 - 5/23/2011. Rest in peace.) of Honeysuckle Hill Farm. Without Tara's influence my herd would not be what it is today. She is surely missed. That was the beginning and now we have 22 mares, colts, fillies and geldings (more or less usually more). Most are double registered Rocky & Kentucky Mountain Horses, we can never say enough about their dispositions. We do some showing to get our youngsters out into the show world, but our main love is trail riding and enjoying the companionship of these wonderful horses. We support and assist with the Indiana Special Olympics Equestrian Participants. Erik Rhoden and Skylar Sinclair have participated for several years in the Equestrian Special Olympics riding mountain horses.We have moved to Gosport, Indiana to a larger facility.
